1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, bookings, and use of the website operated by
Key Coaching by Kim-Isabel Kienle.

By accessing this website or booking services offered through it, users agree to the Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. Offer-specific terms for individual programs or services apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

​

Key Coaching provides coaching services and complementary holistic practices,
including energy-based work, for personal and professional development.

Services may include:
 

• private coaching sessions,

• group coaching or group energy healing sessions,

• online programs and sessions,

• discovery calls,

• educational materials and integration practices.
   

Sessions are conducted primarily online via video conferencing unless otherwise specified.

All services are process-based, individualized, and supportive in nature.
No standardized training, certification, or educational qualifications are provided.

3. Nature of Coaching and Energy-Based Practices
 

Coaching and energy-based practices are intended to support personal development, self-reflection, emotional awareness, and inner balance.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Key Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or psychological support where necessary.

 

4. Client Responsibility
 

Participation in coaching and energy-based sessions is voluntary.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being,
as well as for all decisions and actions taken before, during, and after participation in any service.

Key Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

5. Booking and Contract Formation

​

A binding agreement is formed when a client completes a booking, confirms payment,
and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

Discovery Calls are free of charge and non-binding unless otherwise stated.

The scope, duration, and structure of services are defined in the respective offer description
or booking confirmation.

6. Payment Terms

​

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is processed through integrated payment providers.
Access to services may depend on successful payment.

If a payment plan is selected, the total program fee remains binding for the agreed duration.
Failure to attend sessions does not release the client from payment obligations.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
 

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled within the timeframe defined in the
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy available on this website.

Sessions cancelled with insufficient notice or missed appointments may be
considered completed sessions.

Program-specific cancellation or refund conditions may be defined in the respective offer terms.

8. Right of Withdrawal
 

Clients are granted a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract,
without giving reasons.

If the client explicitly requests that services begin before the withdrawal period expires,
the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully performed.

For clients residing within the European Union, this provision reflects the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law. Clients outside the European Union are granted the same withdrawal framework to ensure equal treatment.

9. Confidentiality

​

All personal information shared within coaching or energy healing sessions is treated confidentially
and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.

10. Intellectual Property
 

All materials, methods, concepts, exercises, recordings, and content provided by Key Coaching
remain the intellectual property of Key Coaching.

They may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without
prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

Key Coaching shall be liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence,
within the limits permitted by applicable law.

No liability is assumed for decisions or actions taken by clients based on coaching
or energy-based sessions.

12. Force Majeure
 

Key Coaching shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services
due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failures,
or force majeure events.

13. Data Protection
 

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy & Cookies Policy available on this website.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the client’s country of residence
remain unaffected.

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered business location of Key Coaching,
unless otherwise required by law.

 

 

15. Severability Clause
 

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
